  • Hall of Fame Class of 2023

    The School District #30/Ronan Community Hall of Fame Committee is proud to announce the inductees chosen for the class of 2023. There are several categories available for nomination to the Hall of Fame and this year’s class has nominations in four different categories: •Two “Distinguished Community Member” recipients have been chosen. Lynn Olsen, long-time announcer at Ronan athletic events and former school board member will be inducted in addition to Bud Cheff, Jr. and his wife Laurel who established and continue to operate the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana with assistance from daughter Josephine Cheff. •Matt Luedtke, class of 2000, and Gatorade Player of the Year in basketball, and Phillip Roullier a first-five All-state basketball player in 1929 have been selected for induction as “Distinguished Athletes.” •In the category of “Distinguished Coach,” former Maiden basketball and track coach Marilynn Tanner has been selected. •The 1972 State Champion Maiden track and field team will be recognized as a “Distinguished Team.” An Induction Ceremony for the new class will be held at the Ronan Community Center on Saturday, January 13. Hall of Fame Committee members include Naomi Mock, Ray Aylesworth, Makenzy Kelch, John Neiss, and Gale Decker.
